Prices

All prices are excluding VAT
We reserve the right for any errors on our website
and reserve the right to product changes and price changes.

Terms of Sale
Sales are made against Billing or COD.
Delivery is from our warehouse.

Billing Payment Terms 30 days net.
After the due date are subject to penalty rate by
currently 14.00%

Shipping costs are charged by our contract of carriage with Schenker and the Postal service.

For Express delivery from production in the EU are charged freight cost of at least 300 - excluding VAT for high weights please contact us for price on shipping.

Standard Order

Orders received no later than 14:00 pm
Orders are shipped out on the order date, provided that the goods are in stock.
Standard transport time 1-2 days.


 

Emergency Order

Emergency Orders will be charged with 90 EUR


Backorder

Goods that are out of stock upon delivery of your order is backordered and shipped as soon as the goods are in our warehouse. If one or more items not in stock, we take ourselves in exceptional cases, the right to wait for the items that are temporarily out before your order are dispatched. In these cases, we notify you by Phone / Email / Fax. Shipping costs are not charged on backorders.


Shipments

Shipments is normally done by Schenker or by
the Postal service.

Please Note: When you receive Products from us, check that all packages are intact and that all content is included in the the delivery note.

Shipping Damage.
Notification of damage / missing items must be made to the freight Forwarders who drove out your goods. Always keep the invoice or the delivery note available.


Consumer Reclaim

If we have sent you the wrong or incorrect item, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us for arrangement on how the products should be returned. Any expenses for return shipping will be reimbursed after the goods have returned to us in the form of credit note. Replacement supplies are sent, of course, completely without transportation costs.

Disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints.

 

Order Returns

Products are refunded or repurchased within 14 days after purchase.

If you are in need of a refund you must always report this to us either by Email or by Phone for final approval.

Our return policy does not apply to goods such as:
Products not included in our regular sales range, wholesale items, machines, perishable goods and
special items.

The conditions for a refund are as follows:
The product is unused and must not be damaged
in any way.
Return the item well packaged.

We require a written description on the invoice/delivery note on why you want to return the item.

The Description and the item must be shipped
together within 14 days of approval.

These rules apply without exception:
The item may not be sent by cash on delivery.
When shipping the customer is fully responsible
to make sure that the item is well packaged.
The customer will pay for any freight charges.


Late returns that occur after 14 days of purchase may only apply by an agreement through E-mail or telephone contact.

Late return policy charges:
When returning after 14 days, a minimum cost of 20% of the product value including freight charges will be charged.

When returning products that are 3 months or older we will charge at a minimum 50% of the product value including freight charges.


Unclaimed Packages

If you do not claim your goods at arrival, we will charge you for our handling costs by 250:- excluding VAT. + shipping expenses from the shippers.
